No insurance background required we actually prefer to train you our way. If you're hungry, coachable, and tired of working hard for someone else's ceiling we should talk.

We prefer candidates in the South Florida area who can train in person initially. For the right person, remote work is on the table. Top performers will have a real path to a sales management role as we grow.

Requirements
  • No insurance license required we'll train you from the ground up.
  • No prior experience working for an insurance agency or as a contracted insurance agent.
  • If you hold a license but have never worked in the industry or contracted with a carrier, you're still a great fit.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or any people-facing role strongly welcomed.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive you won't be micromanaged here.
