Inbound Call Center Representative
Start Date:7/6/2026
As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll play a vital role for our Patient Support Department, which is our first point of contact for our patients to call in and seek information and ask questions regarding their services and orders with us here at Aveanna.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy! Whether you have experience in this industry or are brand new, our tailored training will provide you with the tools and skillset to navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape. This role is extremely important, as you will be the first person they speak with to properly represent Aveanna and our values.

The Right Fit Is:
  • Professional phone etiquette in order to de-escalate worried or upset patients on a daily basis
  • Organized and self sufficient to accurately complete data entry tasks daily and in a timely manner
  • Comfortable working towards daily and monthly metric and KPI goals
  • Confidence in your ability to learn new computer programs and software

Remote Work Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of background noise and ongoing distractions
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready presence
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time-management skills, as well as accountability and self-direction
  • Must be able to operate off reliable, high-speed internet

Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
  • Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and respiratory-related patient support preferred
  • High-school diploma or GED
