Senior Sourcer - Supporting Ford Racing - Remote
Ford is building the workforce behind Ford Racing, supporting high-performance, motorsport, and aftermarket automotive programs that require highly specialized talent. We're hiring a Senior Sourcer to partner closely with Ford Racing and Sustainable Talent's recruiting team, driving end-to-end early-stage talent strategy, candidate screening, and stakeholder collaboration while working remotely.
This is a senior, impact-focused role for someone who loves digging into niche talent markets, advocating for strong candidates, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders to solve complex search challenges. You'll do more than generate leads - you'll shape search strategy, assess candidates, and help stakeholders make confident decisions.
About the Role
You'll own sourcing and early-stage evaluation for Ford Racing roles, building targeted pipelines, screening candidates, and advocating for top talent. You'll also participate in recruiter and stakeholder calls to share market insights, review pipelines, and recommend creative approaches when searches get challenging.
The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and critical thinker who can dig deep into motorsport/performance talent pools, quickly assess fit, and clearly communicate recommendations to recruiters and hiring leaders.
