Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Premises Liability Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of premises liability claims from intake through settlement
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
  • Gather and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation
  • Assist attorneys with case development and strategy
  • Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong experience handling premises liability cases (slip and fall, negligent security, etc.)
  • Experience working with U.S.-based law firms
  • Preferred: Experience handling cases in Texas or California
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
