Job description

Are you a compassionate and experienced qualified mental health professional (QMHP) and certified drug and alcohol counselor (CADC) dedicated to guiding individuals toward recovery and emotional well-being? At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is โ€œto improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.โ€ We are seeking a full-time QMHP/CADC to support our clinic in Pembroke, NC.


Your impact on the teamโ€™s mission

The CADC/QP is a vital role on the SEIC Enhanced Services team leading Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) group therapy sessions and providing case management. They ensure that all clients receive high-quality care in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

Some of the daily activities you would do as the CADC/QP are:

  • coordinating care
  • updating PCPโ€™s and entering documentation into the system
  • facilitating group therapy sessions to include evening sessions
  • ensuring the quality care and safety of the individuals served


Position details, compensation, and benefits

This position is Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30am-5pm with one day weekly 12pm-8pm to facilitate a weekly evening session. To care for our team members, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all benefit eligible positions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you will bring.

  • Must meet the requirements of a NC Qualified Mental Health Professional
    • Minimum of a bachelorโ€™s degree and 2 years of experience with the population served.
  • Must also be a CADC-R, minimum.
  • Must possess a current, valid, NC driverโ€™s license and insurance with a clean driving record.
  • If offered a position, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive background check, motor vehicle records check, drug screening and required education verification as well as licensure or certification credentialing with our team.
