• Conduct remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools to ensure confidentiality and security.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and set actionable, measurable goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to effectively address various emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
• Provide immediate support for clients in crisis situations, ensuring their health and safety while developing crisis intervention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community resources, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in the mental health field and participating in training opportunities.

Your work will primarily focus on working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Clients may come from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the variety of experiences and perspectives found in the Seattle community. Your ability to offer empathetic, individualized care will be paramount in fostering trust and encouraging engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Experience working in remote or online counseling environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for delivering counseling services.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
