Utilizing our state-of-the-art online platform, you will conduct therapy sessions that promote a supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings safely and confidentially.

• Conduct engaging and empathic remote therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, creating a safe space for emotional expression.
• Develop tailored and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, actively involving them in identifying their mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress through detailed assessments and therapeutic feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring documentation is both accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide cohesive and holistic care.
• Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health service delivery, ensuring that client safety and dignity are prioritized.

Your work will directly contribute to supporting various client demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our approach is client-centered, allowing you to adapt therapies and interventions that resonate with the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client.

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, with a focus on varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for therapy delivery and communication, with prior experience in remote therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, alongside the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
