• Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions through our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving circumstances and feedback.
• Keep accurate and timely electronic records of sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists and mental health professionals to share insights and improve overall client care.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic procedures and approaches.

Our clients vary widely in demographics, presenting diverse challenges and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As a counselor, you will encounter a range of age groups, from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences that require a personalized and sensitive approach.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Current and valid licensure as a mental health counselor—candidates should possess at least one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, preferably in an outpatient or remote setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and an ability to efficiently adapt to technology-driven communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a comprehensive support approach for clients.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
