The LMHC position is entirely remote, employing a telehealth model that supports client interactions through various digital platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients’ unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments for individuals in need.
• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to established regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
• Employ positive behavior support strategies and engage in the development of supportive programs that benefit our clientele.
• Facilitate communication between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote holistic care.
• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring Genesis Health Clinic maintains high standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant statewide meetings to remain current in the field.
• Promote the mission and core values of the clinic through community outreach and program representation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring flexibility to respond to evolving organizational needs.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing emotional distress, substance use challenges, and individuals living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. The LMHC will provide compassionate care tailored to each client, facilitating their journey towards recovery and overall well-being. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and generate corresponding reports.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team setting, fostering a shared commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective expression of ideas and guidance with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, exercising sound judgment and making informed decisions grounded in professional expertise.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is preferred, demonstrating adaptability to technology in service delivery.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly in the areas of substance use recovery or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation processes specific to mental health services is advantageous.

Genesis Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
