As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, allowing counselors to develop a comprehensive understanding of different perspectives and experiences.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding when addressing clients' experiences and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities essential for coordinating treatment sessions and maintaining documentation remotely.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling or telehealth environment is advantageous.
