In this role, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video consultations.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to support individual therapeutic processes.

• Foster insights and self-awareness in clients regarding their feelings, experiences, and relationships.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance for a diverse range of mental health needs. This includes individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and transitional life challenges. To succeed in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) without any disciplinary actions on your license.
• The ability to practice independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort with various digital platforms used in counseling.

Experience in providing solution-based therapeutic services and working with adult populations is highly desired. Familiarity with virtual counseling tools and techniques will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
