• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.

• Experience providing individual therapy and employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address client needs.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and an understanding of best practices for remote client engagement.
• Background working in community health settings or similar environments focused on comprehensive mental health support.
