Though the position is remote, you will be integrated into our dynamic outpatient practice and have access to ongoing support and resources.

• Conduct remote therapy sessions, utilizing our secure digital platform, to provide individual counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing achievable mental health goals.
• Track and assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize overall wellness and mental health outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records to ensure continuity of care while adhering to professional ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care, facilitating referrals when required.

Your role will encompass a diverse range of clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. This rich variety of experiences offers a dynamic and fulfilling professional environment. You will employ culturally competent practices to ensure all clients feel understood and respected, promoting therapeutic alliances essential to effective counseling.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must possess an active state license as a mental health counselor, which may include but is not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• 1-3 years of experience in delivering individual therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology, video conferencing tools, and electronic health records for effective patient engagement.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate rapport building with clients and collaboration with team members.
• A proactive and independent work ethic while being willing to contribute to a supportive team environment.
