Step into a dynamic social content activation role where you’ll help bring global campaigns to life across owned and paid social channels. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on publishing, community engagement, and collaborating across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality content experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social publishing, scheduling, and activation across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and update global content calendars to support enterprise priorities and campaign plans.
  • Adapt content for each platform to align with best practices, audience needs, and brand standards.
  • Partner with integrated marketing and content teams to support campaign launches and always-on content execution.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions in coordination with moderation support, and route sensitive items appropriately.
  • Track engagement trends and audience sentiment to help improve content and community response efforts.
  • Review social performance data and support recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and click-through results.
  • Contribute to ongoing testing and optimization efforts across organic and paid social activity.
  • Help shape social playbook materials by turning strategy into practical workflows and channel guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, agencies, and regional teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent execution.
Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media execution, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with social publishing, scheduling, and day-to-day activation workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort working with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities.
