Baer is looking for Oracle Functional Projects Lead for a 9+ month remote project.
Title: Oracle Functional Projects Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Projects Lead with strong expertise in Core Finance projects, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and a solid background in the Financial Services industry. The role involves leading end-to-end finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
Description:
  • Lead Oracle EBS Functional Finance projects across implementation, rollout, and support phases.
  • Drive Core Finance initiatives including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, testing teams, and business users for successful delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure solutions align with Financial Services regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Proven experience leading Core Finance projects.
  • Background in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets preferred).
  • Experience in full project lifecycle delivery (requirements to go-live support).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle EBS certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs in Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
