Job description

Job Title: Senior Manager-Enterprise Architecture

Location: Remote USA

Position Overview: The Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide technology, application, and data architecture strategy across Bollinger Shipyards. This role establishes the architectural foundation supporting enterprise systems integration, modernization, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role provides strategic oversight for how enterprise applications, operational technologies, data platforms, and digital capabilities align to business priorities and future-state operating needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy aligned to business and technology priorities
  • ·         Establish enterprise data, application, and integration architecture standards and principles
  • ·         Lead enterprise application inventory, rationalization, and capability mapping efforts
  • ·         Define canonical enterprise data models across key business domains including projects, cost, labor, materials, schedules, and operations
  • ·         Drive alignment of backend data structures and integrations across ERP, MES, PLM, engineering, procurement, and operational systems
  • ·         Establish integration standards and architectural patterns in partnership with infrastructure and integration teams
  • ·         Support modernization initiatives for legacy and internally developed applications
  • ·         Ensure architectural readiness for analytics, cloud, automation, and AI initiatives
  • ·         Evaluate current-state architecture and develop future-state roadmaps supporting scalability and operational efficiency
  • ·         Partner with executive leadership, operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and IT teams to align enterprise technology investments •Provide governance and architectural oversight for major technology initiatives
  • ·         Lead architecture reviews, standards adoption, and technical decision-making processes

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or systems architecture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Deep experience with ERP and enterprise systems
  • Strong data modeling and database architecture expertise
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or complex operational environments preferred
