Job description

What's the Short Version?

The Program Manager, Sales Operations plays a key role in how the Sales organization plans, launches, and scales critical initiatives. This role partners closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, increase adoption of sales tools and processes, and ensure the success of the Sales team. The role will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and guide initiatives from early discovery through execution and successful rollout.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Oversee and drive long-term program strategy, delivery, and outcomes while anticipating risks and proactively removing blockers
  • Lead cross-functional programs from intake through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk
  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on program strategy, goals, requirements, and priorities
  • Build and maintain program and project plans, roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
  • Facilitate working sessions and program meetings to drive clarity, accountability, and progress
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable plans, clear documentation, and effective communication
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Define and document program structures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and outcomes
  • Allocate resources across projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide clear, reliable status updates and insights that support informed decision-making
  • Measure success through operational improvements such as efficiency gains, adoption, and readiness of the Sales organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of project management experience
  • 4-6 years of program management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

What's Our Offer?

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?

Remote: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
