We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for nonprofit, philanthropy, and community program professionals experienced in reviewing grant materials, program plans, impact reports, donor-facing materials, community engagement documents, budgets, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready social impact artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on nonprofit artifact review, philanthropy and community program evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, programmatic, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Nonprofit & Philanthropy Artifact Review
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving nonprofit strategy, philanthropy, grantmaking, fundraising, donor materials, community programs, and social impact reporting
- Review nonprofit and philanthropy materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
- Assess whether materials are aligned with mission, community needs, program goals, funder expectations, and measurable outcomes
- Identify unsupported claims, unclear impact logic, incomplete program analysis, weak recommendations, or poor linkage between activities and outcomes
Community Program & Impact Evaluation
- Review materials involving grant proposals, logic models, theory of change materials, needs assessments, program plans, impact dashboards, funder reports, and community engagement summaries
- Assess whether community program materials are realistic, well-structured, and useful for nonprofit, foundation, or stakeholder audiences
- Evaluate budgets, outcome trackers, program summaries, impact reports, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability
- Provide clear written feedback that improves nonprofit and philanthropy artifact quality
Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
- Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
- Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
- Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
- Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit management, philanthropy, foundations, grantmaking, fundraising, community programs, program evaluation, social impact, community engagement, NGO work, or related fields
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
Educational Background
- Academic backgrounds in nonprofit management, public policy, social work, public health, education, sociology, community development, international development, business, or related fields may be relevant
- Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
- Professional training in grant writing, philanthropy, program evaluation, fundraising, impact measurement, community engagement, or nonprofit administration may also be relevant depending on project scope
Nice to Have
- Master's degree, MPA, MPP, MSW, MPH, MBA, or comparable nonprofit, philanthropy, or social impact-related credential
- Experience creating or reviewing grant proposals, funder reports, logic models, theory of change materials, program plans, budgets, impact dashboards, donor decks, or community engagement summaries
- Familiarity with impact measurement, outcomes reporting, nonprofit budgeting, grant compliance, donor communications, foundation reporting, and community needs assessment
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Blackbaud, Fluxx, Foundant, Submittable, Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, or comparable nonprofit and grantmaking platforms
- Strong ability to evaluate both nonprofit/philanthropy substance and visual/presentation quality
