The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical and program management support to ensure the successful execution of complex programs. This role involves leading program evaluations, managing deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve program objectives. The Senior Program Analyst works independently and serves as a key resource for program decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management and Analysis

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of medium-sized programs or projects.
  • Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to solve diverse and complex program challenges.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to support decision-making.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in program evaluations and reporting.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
