We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Ohio to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
    • Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
    • Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
    • Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
    • Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
    • Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
