As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects from start to finish. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead project teams through all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing needs and concerns
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts early, implementing strategic solutions to keep projects on track
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes, blue prints
  • Proficiency with project management software and technology tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Valid Drive license

Preferred qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP
  • Experience managing projects in corporate interiors, commercial office, or tenant improvement sectors
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standards
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction technologies
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships resulting in repeat business

Estimated compensation for this position:
73,500.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
