Job description

IT & Network Specialist position within healthcare corporation in the Short North area with a standard Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule on site. Occasional on-call duties may apply. This position is classified as FLSA non-exempt paying $25.00 hourly reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Primary responsibilities include maintenance of the information technology system network, servers, system database analysis and computer programming inclusive of troubleshooting hardware and software issues in conjunction with an IT work order system. Position will mandate both oral and written communication skills with both commercial, professional and non-professional individuals on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree within Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
  • Two (2) Years of previous experience within IT environment
  • Demonstrated experience with network, hardware and software, including MSOffice 365, servers, laptops, maintenance and wired and wireless networking
  • Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
