  • Remain handson in the design, review, and implementation of enterprise network solutions.

  • Serve as a technical authority and escalation point for complex routing, switching, and data center issues.

  • Participate directly in architecture reviews, configuration validation, and major production changes.

  • Lead rootcause analysis and resolution for highimpact incidents.

Data Center & Core Networking
  • Design and operate Cisco ACI spineleaf data centers, including APIC policy, tenants, EPGs, and lifecycle upgrades.

  • Support NXOS-based environments for nonACI data center and campus use cases.

  • Own enterprise routing strategy using BGP and OSPF, ensuring resiliency and scalability.

  • Lead Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and edge connectivity designs.

Global Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a globally distributed team of ~7 network engineers across regions and time zones.

  • Provide daytoday technical guidance, coaching, and career development.

  • Balance delivery, operational stability, and longterm platform evolution.

  • Establish engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of handson network engineering experience in enterprise or data center environments

  • 2+ years of experience managing engineers, ideally across multiple regions

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Cisco ACI and NXOS

    • BGP and OSPF routing

    • Data center, edge, and DCI architectures

  • Proven ability to balance technical execution and people leadership

  • Comfortable working commandline and reviewing production configurations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in largescale or missioncritical environments

  • Prior role as a technical lead or escalation engineer

  • Background in hybrid or cloud network connectivity

  • Experience with network automation, observability, or resiliency initiatives

  • Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent experience
