Job Summary:

They are seeking an Experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote and onsite support.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

• Maintain documentation of processes, issues, and solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in IT engineering and/or customer facing
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
