Position Overview

Seeking an experienced IT / Engineering Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced agency environment. This role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and managing talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and professional-level positions. The ideal candidate is competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated by career growth and earning potential within a performance-focused recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, engineering, and professional-level roles.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to support client delivery.
  • Recruit for technical, project management, and functional positions.
  • Maintain high recruiting activity levels, outreach, and candidate engagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented recruiting environment.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting within IT, engineering, or technical environments preferred.
  • Agency recruiting background strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for professional or functional roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive mindset with strong professional drive.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
  • Leadership experience preferred for senior-level opportunities.
Compensation & Additional Details
  • Mid-Level Recruiter: Approximately $55K base salary.
  • Senior/Lead Recruiter: Approximately $60K–$65K base salary.
  • Additional earning potential through uncapped commission and bonuses.
  • Strong advancement opportunities within a growing recruiting team.
  • Collaborative team environment with ongoing expansion plans.
  • Target start date: Mid-June or Mid-July.
