Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to own and operate our US IT infrastructure across our Miami Beach and New York offices. You'll be the go-to IT expert on the ground, responsible for everything from endpoint management and identity security to SaaS administration and network infrastructure. This role sits within the Security org, reporting to the CISO and Head of IT, while collaborating closely with our Israel-based IT team lead.

Responsibilities

  • ๏ปฟAdminister Google Workspace as the primary IDP, including building and maintaining internal automation on top of the platform
  • Manage and maintain the Jamf MDM platform for macOS fleet management, including enrollment, policies, patch management, and compliance
  • Administer and optimize core SaaS applications including Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Zoom, Slack, and Notion โ€” handling provisioning, SSO integrations, and license governance
  • Own the full networking infrastructure for Miami Beach and New York sites, managing switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Manage hardware inventory, procurement, and on-site/remote troubleshooting for macOS and Windows endpoints across both US locations
  • Manage CrowdStrike EDR deployments, monitor alerts, tune policies, and coordinate incident response with the security team
  • Build and maintain IT automations using n8n and Bash scripting to reduce manual toil across onboarding, offboarding, and operational workflows

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment, with demonstrable ownership of multi-site infrastructure
  • Deep expertise with Google Workspace administration including Directory API, app integrations, and building workspace-level automations
  • Proficiency with Jamf Pro for macOS fleet management and experience troubleshooting macOS endpoints (Jamf 200 level)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for Windows fleet management and experience troubleshooting Windows-based devices
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, and access points)
  • Experience with CrowdStrike EDR and a solid understanding of endpoint security principles, mail relay systems, and Microsoft Entra ID / Intune
