Force Motion Group (FMG) is seeking a high-calibre Global IT Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations across ERP platforms, cloud SaaS applications, external trading partners, and internal business systems. This role will develop and maintain API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based integrations using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and secure data transport methods. The role will support key business processes including quote-to-cash, source-to-settle, record-to-report, order fulfilment, inventory, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations. The Global IT Integration Developer will also troubleshoot integration issues, improve data flows, support digital transformation initiatives, and work closely with business application teams, vendors, managed service providers, and end users to ensure reliable and scalable integration solutions.

Integration Design & Development

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end integrations across ERP systems, cloud SaaS platforms, external trading partners, and internal business applications using API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based approaches.
  • Build andmaintainREST and SOAP APIs,integrationworkflows, and data pipelines supporting both real-time and batch processing.
  • Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, and related technologies.
  • Define and implement data mappings, transformations, and routing logic for XML, JSON, flat files, and EDI transactions.
  • Ensure secure and reliable data exchange using protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP, APIs, and encryption mechanisms.
  • Monitor integration processes for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and communication issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support testing activities related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new integrations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and IT) to optimize integration workflows and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations and leverage cloud-based capabilities to improve performance and scalability.
  • Maintain documentation including interface designs, mapping specifications, and technical procedures

Representative Integration Landscape

  • ERP & Core Systems: ERP platforms (e.g., Infor M3 and System21, SAP, legacy systems), finance, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain applications
  • HRIS Systems: Human resources platforms supporting payroll, benefits, time management, and workforce administration
  • Customer & Revenue Systems: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), e-commerce solutions, product information management, pricing, and order management systems
  • Partner Connectivity: EDI trading partners, suppliers,logisticsproviders, and external business networks
  • Compliance & Trade: Export compliance, restricted party screening, and related regulatory systems
  • Integration Methods: APIs, Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, secure file transfer, and event-driven messaging
  • Work with external vendors, managed service providers, and internal teams to ensure integration solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate service requests and support activities with third-party providers.
  • Support cost control activities by collaborating with Finance and IT on vendor performance and budget tracking.

Operational & Additional Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee periodic operational activities, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Provide global support coverage as needed, including outside standard business hours
  • Travel asrequiredto support projects, deployments, and business needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall integration strategy
  • Perform duties as assigned by leadership

Education Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g.,Microsoft Azure), integration technologies, API development, or enterprise systems are considered an advantage.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise integration engineering
  • Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations across ERP systems, cloud SaaS platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Strong experience working with API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and data exchange mechanisms (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI, file-based integrations)
  • Experience working with enterprise integration tools and platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Experience working in global or multi-region environments, supporting distributed teams and business functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational support with project delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is preferred
