The role involves managing multiple project managers, ensuring unified governance, and delivering seamless execution across complex workstreams, with a focus on M&A integrations and End User Computing programs.
Responsibilities:
• Act as Senior Program Lead coordinating across multiple PMs and workstreams
• Produce consolidated program status reporting for executive stakeholders
• Maintain an integrated RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Drive dependency alignment to eliminate delivery conflicts
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers proactively
• Provide structured escalation management and leadership updates
• Own full lifecycle program delivery, including detailed program planning
• Define milestones, deliverables, timelines, and governance models
• Establish program-level KPIs and success metrics
• Ensure alignment with business outcomes, especially in M&A integrations
