Job Summary:
NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-workstream program coordination for large-scale transformation initiatives. The role involves managing multiple project managers, ensuring unified governance, and delivering seamless execution across complex workstreams, with a focus on M&A integrations and End User Computing programs.
Responsibilities:
• Act as Senior Program Lead coordinating across multiple PMs and workstreams
• Produce consolidated program status reporting for executive stakeholders
• Maintain an integrated RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Drive dependency alignment to eliminate delivery conflicts
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers proactively
• Provide structured escalation management and leadership updates
• Own full lifecycle program delivery, including detailed program planning
• Define milestones, deliverables, timelines, and governance models
• Establish program-level KPIs and success metrics
• Ensure alignment with business outcomes, especially in M&A integrations
• Maintain and continuously update program plans, schedules, and dependencies
• Track due dates, deliverables, and decision logs
• Own and manage RAID artifacts
• Identify risks, manage mitigations, and escalate when required

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Core Program Management Skills

• Deep experience in: End-to-end delivery ownership

• 5+ years of EUC & Deployment Experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale endpoint/VDI deployments
• Familiarity with enterprise security tools (e.g., Defender)
• Experience in wave-based rollout strategies and pilot scaling
• 3+ years of M&A Experience
• Hands-on experience in M&A integrations
• Strong understanding of post-merger integration challenges
• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management
• Proven ability to design and execute communication plans
• Experience creating playbooks and transition frameworks
• Strong focus on operational readiness and adoption
• MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards, etc.) preferred
