Job summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and merger & acquisition activities. This role is primarily remote but requires travel to the client location in Los Angeles as needed for stakeholder meetings and integration activities.
Location: Remote (Travel required to customer site, if required)
Client location: Los Angeles, CA
Experience: 8+ years (preferred)
Key responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams covering networks, servers, cloud, and applications.
  • Support merger and acquisition initiatives, including system integration and transition activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-merger integration.
  • Manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and project teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings at the Los Angeles location as required.

Required skills & experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and applications.
  • Hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.
