Description Job Summary: The Treasury Management - Integrated Receivables Implementation & Support Manager is responsible for the successful setup, activation, and ongoing support of commercial treasury solutions. This role provides direct support to clients, Sales partners, and technical contacts, primarily focused on Integrated Receivables products, including eBill Present & Pay (EBPP) and Print & Mail, ensuring accurate configuration, documentation, and execution throughout the implementation lifecycle. The IR - Service & Onboarding Mgr owns end-to-end onboarding activities, establishes implementation milestones, tracks progress, and proactively identifies and resolves issues to ensure timely and successful client go-lives.

This position requires demonstrated experience onboarding commercial treasury solutions and executing both technical and client-facing components of implementations, along with a strong working knowledge of ACH, Lockbox transmissions and image files, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and Merchant Services. Serving as the primary point of contact for Integrated Receivables commercial clients, this role owns implementation, onboarding, and servicing of complex solutions and acts as a key liaison between technology, payments operations, and client experience. Key Responsibilities: Treasury Management Service Setup & Onboarding Execution Gather and document business and technical requirements (file formats, ERP, posting rules).

Define implementation scope, success criteria, milestones, and timelines. Identify risks and establish escalation paths proactively. Submit, manage, and track TM onboarding and maintenance requests.

Own implementation timelines and deliverables from kickoff through client go-live. Ensure compliance with client controls, security standards, and internal policies. Troubleshoot file errors, mapping issues, transmission failures, and posting discrepancies.

Obtain formal client acceptance and production sign-off. Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong, consultative relationships with commercial clients. Take ownership of service and research inquiries, resolving issues through to completion.

Train clients on receivables portals, reporting tools, reconciliation, and daily workflows. Support client enablement activities, including documentation completion, training coordination, and activation verification. Identify and collaborate with key partners (TM Product, Vendors, TM Sales, TM Service, Technology, and other contacts) to resolve issues and deliver solution-based recommendations.

Provide proactive, transparent status updates and escalate issues as needed to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and resolution plans. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all treasury and cash management activities comply with bank policies and applicable federal and state regulations. Follow established risk guidelines and ensure timely issue resolutions to mitigate operational, compliance, and client risk. Proactively escalate issues requiring senior management involvement to ensure swift and effective resolution.

Reporting & Analysis: Create and monitor performance and implementation metrics. Leverage insights to address client and partner needs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Merchant Services, Technical Support, Relationship Managers, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Facilitate client meetings to review project status, address questions, and confirm alignment with client goals. Clearly document handoffs and ensure smooth transitions between onboarding and servicing teams. Overall TM Product & Technology Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of treasury products, services, systems, technology platforms, policies, and procedures relevant to Integrated Receivables.

Documentation & Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when supporting clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes and improve client experience. Contribute to updates of training materials, procedural documentation, and process guides to support ongoing improvement.
