Summary:
The Wealth Planner will be responsible for delivering planning to clients with a net worth of $1-10M. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning services, conducting in-depth discovery conversations, and partnering with both clients and wealth advisors to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.
  • Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives.
  • Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques.
  • Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm's planning philosophy.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CFP designation preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong coaching and presentation abilities.
