What does a Remote Physical Therapy Manager do?

A Remote Physical Therapy Manager oversees physical therapy operations and staff from a remote location, rather than on-site. They manage teams of physical therapists, coordinate patient care plans, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain high standards of treatment quality. In addition, they may handle scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and communication with patients or other healthcare providers via telehealth platforms. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership and strong organizational skills, all managed in a virtual or hybrid environment.
