The Us Payroll, Absence & Timekeeping Administrator Coordinates The Data Collection Of Time, Absence, And Eib Submissions To Support Payment Processing Activities. This Role Will Perform Regular Audits Of Payroll Tax Including Wages And Payments Of Tax Liabilities, Quarterly And Annually. This Role Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Administering Leave Of Absence Claims Including Communication With Associates, Leaders, And Internal Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares Detailed Analytics From Payroll, Timekeeping And Leave Of Absence Systems
  • Responsible For The Ensuring The System Advancement Of Time & Absence Data To Payment Processing
  • Responsible For Control Reports Supporting Internal Soc Compliance For Each Pay Run
  • Monitor The Integration For Financial Reporting At The Completion Of Each Pay Run
  • Audit And Validate Leave Of Absence Status And Current Payments
