Title: Payroll Lead/Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
The Us Payroll, Absence & Timekeeping Administrator Coordinates The Data Collection Of Time, Absence, And Eib Submissions To Support Payment Processing Activities. This Role Will Perform Regular Audits Of Payroll Tax Including Wages And Payments Of Tax Liabilities, Quarterly And Annually. This Role Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Administering Leave Of Absence Claims Including Communication With Associates, Leaders, And Internal Partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepares Detailed Analytics From Payroll, Timekeeping And Leave Of Absence Systems
- Responsible For The Ensuring The System Advancement Of Time & Absence Data To Payment Processing
- Responsible For Control Reports Supporting Internal Soc Compliance For Each Pay Run
- Monitor The Integration For Financial Reporting At The Completion Of Each Pay Run
- Audit And Validate Leave Of Absence Status And Current Payments
- Audit And Validate Leave Of Absence Data Between Vendor And Hris Systems
- Validate Retroactive Leave Of Absence Payments
- Import And Validate Eib Payment Requests
- May Act As Liaison Between Payroll Department And Systems Teams To Ensure Implementation Of Payroll System Requirements And Revisions, Including Testing
- Works Closely With Payroll Staff In Identifying Need For System Revisions, Process Improvement Recommendations, And Technical Troubleshooting
- Engaged In System Testing And Analyzing Post-Implementation Results Of System Changes
- Responsible To Collect Data To Support Soc Controls For Regular Audit Periods
- Validate Leave Or Job Protection Expirations, Ensure Letters Are Created And Delivered To Impacted Associates
- Validate Appropriate Leave Of Absence Return To Work Documents And Approve Workday Requests
- Analyze Income Tax Wages And Liabilities, Reconcile To Financial Records
- Identify Discrepancies With Work And Resident State And Local Assignments And Prepare Analysis
- Ensure Payroll And Leave Of Absence Integrations Process Successfully In Hris System, Action Errors Or Warnings (External Integrations, Inbound/Outbound)
- Responsible For Analyzing And Verifying 3Rd Party Sick Payments And Prepare Data For W2 Reporting
- Oversee Rsu/Stock Option Recording To Associate Records
- Administer Rif Tracking Process Including The Creation Of E-Signature Documents (Separation/Severance)
- Responsible To Review And Approve Off-Cycle Pay Runs
- Validate Garnishment Orders Between Vendor And Hris System
Requirements
- Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications (Excel / Word / Outlook)
- Attention To Detail With Ability To Analyze Or Summarize Large Data Sets
- Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written
- Strong Time Management, Organization, And Ability To Prioritize Yet Adaptable As Needed
