We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support payroll operations during a critical period. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who can step in quickly, work independently, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing in a fast-paced environment. Client Details The client is a nationally recognized healthcare organization that supports patients and communities across the United States through a broad network of care facilities and service locations.

With operations spanning multiple states, the organization is committed to delivering high-quality care while fostering a collaborative, employee-focused culture. As the company continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to help ensure a seamless payroll experience for a large and geographically diverse workforce. Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce on a biweekly schedule.

Ensure payroll is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, reporting, and payroll record maintenance. Administer wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll deductions.

Partner closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to resolve payroll-related matters. Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll tax requirements, and company policies. Handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Profile Experience working with UKG Ready. Strong background processing multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. Knowledge of payroll compliance, including garnishments, tax levies, and other involuntary deductions.

Understanding of payroll taxes and state-specific wage and hour regulations. Ability to quickly learn new processes and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
