About the Opportunity

We're looking for an organized, execution-focused product professional to step into the role of COMPLEAT Assistant Team Leader within our Order Management Automation team. In this global-facing role, you'll own the AMER Compleat backlog, drive sprint delivery, and serve as the frontline product partner for regional operations. Reporting to the Order Management Automation PM, you'll play a critical role in shaping how work is prioritized, delivered, and continuously improved. If you thrive on bringing clarity to complexity and delivering high-quality outcomes at pace, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the America's Compleat product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and defining clear acceptance criteria
  • Translate regional stakeholder requirements and operational insights into actionable user stories
  • Plan and facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track sprint progress, ensuring delivery commitments are met on time
  • Partner with engineering leads to align on capacity and delivery timelines
  • Serve as the L3 product support lead for AMER Compleat platform queries
  • Triage incoming issues, assess severity, and coordinate resolution with product and engineering teams
  • Identify recurring issues and feed insights back into backlog prioritization
  • Collaborate with AMER stakeholders to understand regional priorities and operational needs
  • Maintain strong communication with the global product team to ensure regional alignment
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in Travel Technology product management or product ownership
  • Deep expertise with SAP Compleat Control, OBT, or similar order management platforms
  • Proven Agile/Scrum practitioner with hands-on experience running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs
  • Strong grasp of API services and orchestrated solution integration
  • End-to-end troubleshooting mindset with the ability to triage complex technical issues
  • Understanding of solutions design, data evaluation, and technology assessment
  • Knowledgeable of existing legacy applications and emerging tech trends in travel automation
  • Multi-GDS proficiency with strong command of Sabre and working knowledge of Amadeus
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels-from C-suite to support teams
  • Leadership experience managing and developing engaged teams (2-5 direct reports preferred)
