Job Summary: This role focuses on ensuring the smooth processing of incoming orders by collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining essential operational documentation and providing guidance to sales personnel. Building strong working relationships and acting as a key operational liaison are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage incoming orders accurately and on time.
  • Support and train vendor and contractor partners.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks and training documentation.
  • Act as an operational liaison for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales teams.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, or sales support.
  • Experience handling escalated operational issues.
  • Strong data analysis and CRM/order management system skills.
