This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while working within a supportive team environment. You will primarily engage with clients through telehealth services while coordinating efforts with community partners. Although the majority of the work will be conducted via phone or video calls, occasional travel to local community sites may be required for outreach activities or team meetings. Standard business hours will typically apply, although evening and weekend availability may be necessary to meet client needs and participate in essential program activities.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop actionable and personalized service plans outlining goals, interventions, and progress tracking, tailored to each individual's unique situation.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families facing a range of life challenges, leveraging both virtual and community-based resources.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to develop personalized plans that connect them with available community resources and support systems.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Work in partnership with local agencies and organizations to coordinate services effectively and advocate for client interests.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of our services and promoting available resources.
• Regularly attend case conferences, team meetings, and undergo professional development training to enhance service delivery and stay informed of best practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foster Future Foundation, you will primarily work with vulnerable and marginalized populations, including families dealing with the effects of homelessness, individuals recovering from substance abuse, survivors of domestic violence, and clients grappling with various socio-economic hardships. Your expertise will directly contribute to empowering these individuals by providing them with the support and resources they need to overcome their challenges and improve their life circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, demonstrating your adherence to professional standards and practices.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues along with familiarity with community resources and trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of collaboration with community organizations to facilitate integrated service delivery.
• Experience employing evidence-based practices and methodologies in social work interventions.
