Foundation Repair Installer – Build a Long-Term Career with an Industry Leader

Job Overview:

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Travel Required (Amarillo, TX).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Foundation Repair.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity: You will join a 50-year legacy of excellence as an entry-level professional dedicated to stabilizing and restoring customer homes. This role is designed for high-energy individuals who value integrity and are looking for a career path with a stable, family-operated company.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute the installation of specialized foundation and soil stabilization products to ensure structural integrity.

  • Prepare project sites by digging holes and operating construction equipment under the direction of the Foreman.

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site to reflect the professional standards of the Childers Brothers brand.

  • Assist the crew foreman with various installation tasks and site preparations to meet project deadlines.

  • Deliver high-quality service and craftsmanship on every residential and commercial project assignment.

  • Follow all safety protocols and instructions to ensure a productive and hazard-free work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Ability to consistently lift and move up to 75 lbs. in a physically demanding field environment.

  • Reliable work ethic with a strong willingness to learn new technical construction skills.

  • Capacity to travel to various job sites and work effectively as part of a specialized field team.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in construction, manual labor, or a related field.

  • A background of success in athletics, academics, or extracurricular activities that demonstrates a competitive spirit.
