Job description

Position SummaryJoin our production team and assist with foundation repair, concrete lifting, polyurethane foam injection, waterproofing, crawl space repairs, excavation, and structural stabilization projects. This entry-level position provides paid, hands-on training while working alongside experienced crew members on residential and commercial projects.
Reports To: Production Foreman / Operations Manager
Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday beginning at 6:00 a.m. until projects are completed. Occasional Saturdays and overnight travel may be required.Primary Responsibilities
  • Support foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete lifting, polyurethane injection, crawl space, and structural repair projects.
  • Help perform polyurethane foam injections for slab lifting, stabilization, and void filling.
  • Assist with excavation, demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
  • Install or assist with foundation piers, drainage systems, encapsulation materials, sump pumps, and waterproofing products.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and other confined work areas.
  • Maintain a safe, organized jobsite while working closely with the crew and communicating professionally with homeowners when needed.
  • Learn industry-specific installation methods and equipment through on-the-job training.
Preferred ExperienceWhile experience is not required, applicants with any of the following backgrounds will receive hiring preference:
  • Previous polyurethane foam injection experience.
  • Concrete leveling, slab lifting, or void filling experience.
  • Foundation repair, crawl space, or waterproofing experience.
  • Construction, excavation, masonry, welding, or similar labor experience.
  • Heavy equipment experience is a plus.
  • Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to qualify to drive company vehicles under company insurance guidelines.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding construction work daily.
Physical Demands
  • Frequently lift and carry 75–100+ pounds.
  • Regularly bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, and dig.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortably work in crawl spaces, trenches, basements, and uneven terrain.
  • Operate construction tools and equipment safely throughout the workday.
