Position Summary:

Reporting to the WKCTC Foundation office in Paducah, you'll provide essential administrative support that keeps foundation operations running smoothly and donors engaged.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating gift processing, donor acknowledgement letters, and database record maintenance to ensure accurate and timely stewardship
  • Supporting the planning and logistics of foundation events, scholarship ceremonies, and fundraising initiatives
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and board meeting materials for Foundation leadership
  • Serving as a professional first point of contact for donors, alumni, and community partners

What You Bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience maintaining databases or constituent management systems with high accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence independently
  • Familiarity with KCTCS policies, procedures, or prior experience in a Kentucky public higher education setting is a genuine advantage in this role
  • Ability to handle confidential donor and financial information with discretion
