• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique mental health needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to tackle diverse challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring professionalism and ethical practices in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, facilitating case consultations, and engaging in peer review meetings to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in psychoeducation for clients and their families, providing them with crucial information about mental health conditions and available community resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in the mental health field to incorporate effective strategies and updates into treatment plans, continuously improving the quality of care.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Competency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, tailoring treatment plans to adequately address diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to help navigate client challenges and facilitate positive outcomes.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting, appreciating the contributions of peers while focusing on shared client goals.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services in a community health setting, particularly with culturally diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR) to optimize client interaction and documentation processes.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams with a focus on integrated care solutions.
