Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for each client, enabling personalized care pathways.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Foundation Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele spanning various ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. This includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, and other emotional challenges. Your role will be crucial in fostering resilience and recovery through empathetic engagement and expert intervention.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience
