Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for each client, enabling personalized care pathways.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Foundation Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele spanning various ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. This includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the state of Arizona.
