Business Unit/Department: Remote Automation Solutions ย 


Location: Lawrence, PA


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer orders and invoicesย 
  • Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule)ย 
  • Confirm, communicate and monitor project resource plan (people, hours, allocation, 3rd party), project product plan (BOM, delivery, shipping/receiving), and project financial plan (invoice, cost, margin)ย 
  • Set up internal business systems (resources, invoice schedule, etc.)ย 
  • Assemble final project review (resource, product, financial)ย 
  • Implement customer satisfaction process and communicate with customers as necessary

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will possess a bachelor's degree, preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer serviceย 
  • Will have the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Will have the ability to work on a team including the gathering and disseminating of detailed information
  • Will provide excellent oral and written communicationsย 
  • Will possess a desire for continual training and education
  • Will have a strong work ethic
  • Will have the skills to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customersย 
  • Will have high computer application literacy including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn our internal business system
