• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based approaches to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up to date.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, where you will share insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to take active roles in their treatment and recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advances in mental health to continually refine your clinical practices and approaches.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
