POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Manager to lead our 100+ remote staff in providing high-quality consulting services to our nation’s veterans. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring mission compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability in a remote environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise remote sales workforce with tasks as described below.
  • Coordination and reporting to senior leaders in the sales function and company executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performance Leadership: Manage day-to-day productivity of remote teams using output-based metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and remove bottlenecks in our clinical/consulting workflow.
  • Accountability: Implement and enforce daily reporting standards and team communication protocols.
  • Veteran Advocacy: Ensure all remote operations align with our commitment to serving military veterans with excellence, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Compliance Oversight: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and VA-related regulatory standards across all remote work channels.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, amp; ABILITIES:
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks.
