Job Summary:

Location: Remote EST time zone only

Job Summary:

As an Internal Area Sales Manager at United Auto Credit (UACC), you will be responsible for signing, retaining, and expanding relationships with both independent and franchise dealerships within your assigned territory. You'll play a critical role in growing UACC's market share by building strong dealer relationships and leveraging our state-of-the-art dealer portal, The Fast Lane.

Compensation:

  • $20/hour base

  • Uncapped commissions

  • Highest earners make well over $100k + in base and commissions!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive training, robust programs and leading technology necessary to empower your dealers to sell more cars and make more money.

  • Make an average of 70+ outbound calls daily to dealers in assigned territories

  • Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and growing the contracts funded with their current dealer relationships

  • Train dealers to utilize The Fast Lane portal to submit applications, restructure deals, and to switch units, helping them find deals that work for them and their consumer.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies and ancillary products

  • Work closely with the credit, funding, titles and dealer compliance teams to resolve any dealership issues within your territory

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers, which includes 24/7 availability

Experience

  • Previous experience in a challenging sales role preferred but not mandatory

  • Auto finance, external sales roles, Independent/Franchise dealership experience preferred but not mandatory.
