Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale HR Transformation or ERP Transformation initiatives for global enterprises. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience within complex, multi-country environments and has a proven record of managing cross-functional implementation teams across HRIS, ERP, Talent, Learning, and Workforce technologies. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, a deep understanding of enterprise transformation methodologies, and the ability to orchestrate onshore/offshore/global teams. You will drive project planning, governance, execution, and value realization while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large HR or ERP transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Create and manage project plans, staffing models, risk registers, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and contract commitments are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies with clarity and transparency.
  • Manage global delivery teams, including onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources.
  • Allocate workstreams, define roles, and ensure alignment across functional, technical, and QA teams.
  • Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain cohesive delivery across time zones.
  • Lead HR or ERP workstreams, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Finance, SCM, or other functional domains, depending on project scope.
  • Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Oversee functional design, configuration, integration coordination, testing cycles, and cutover activities.
  • Identify project risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope changes, impact assessments, and change approvals.
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness for all project activities.
  • Lead go-live readiness assessments and cutover planning.
  • Support hyper care, production stabilization, and handoff to support/operations teams.
  • Evaluate lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing enterprise HR or ERP transformation programs.
  • Direct experience delivering implementations in HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, UKG) or ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of HR or ERP processes across global operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, SCRUM preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll, global HR models, or complex ERP integration landscapes.
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery.
  • Experience with large data migrations, global process harmonization, and change management.
  • Ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and contractual responsibilities.
