Position: Technical Project Manager (42365)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months+ Contract
Description:
Manage multiple developers across multiple offshore projects with competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Runs scrum cadence ceremonies.
  • Supports Product Owners to ensure sprints are planned and stories meet definition of ready.
  • Owns blockers and Resolves impediments.
  • Experience with performing the role of technical PM for waterfall projects.
  • Experience with risk management and issue resolution for technical projects.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Should be able to quickly get up to speed onclient team structure and processes.
  • Expected to pick up client domain knowledge quickly to successfully execute the role ofscrummaster/technical PM.
  • Expertise in multi-tasking and managing multiple responsibilities.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years' experience as Scrum Master.
  • 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager required
  • 2+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience required.
  • Must have understanding of technical development projects
  • Must have experience using Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, time-management and active listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams/across multiple time-zones in an agile environment.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
