Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-wide IT initiatives. This role requires end-to-end project ownership across software development, application support, production support, and release management functions to deliver high-quality technology solutions that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage full project lifecycles from initial planning, scoping, and budgeting through execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across diverse technical tracks, including development, infrastructure, QA, application support, and release management teams.
  • SDLC Oversight: Lead software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities alongside operational support operations (incident management, root cause analysis, and system stability).
  • Release Coordination: Manage change management protocols, deployment scheduling, rollback planning, and live production implementations.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Monitor project dependencies, track budgets, mitigate technical risks, and facilitate stakeholder governance meetings.
