Position Overview:
This position is a subject matter expert in the OnBase ECM system and technology. This individual will be able to build low code/no code solutions within OnBase, support solutions and implementation, document system, solution, project and team functionality, processes, decisions, etc. This individual will also coordinate changes, liaise across IT and the business, and analyze relevant services and systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • (35%) Build:
    • OnBase & ECM SME
    • Implement low code/no code Solutions
    • Creating procedures to improve the existing systems by applying the appropriate changes or updates.
    • Manage primary day to day unit functions of specialized technology (ex: OnBase document type, user management, groups, roles, profiles, permissions, import processors, app server management, license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups)
    • Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): document type, keyword type configurations, workflow, custom settings, dashboards and reports
    • Create and optimize workflows & dashboards
  • (20%) Support:
    • Tier 3 support for production systems.
    • Support SDLC
    • Proactively monitor applications, provide and advise on solutions that prevent or minimize customer impact.
    • User support
    • System Reporting
  • (15%) Document:
    • Develop functional requirements
    • Write technical requirements that detail the technical specifications and features of the solutions.
    • Capture business process workflow diagrams
    • Document work on approved project management software
    • Create and manage knowledge base and deliver Technical Documentation
  • (10%) Coordinate:
    • Coordinate Releases / Change Request Owner
    • Coordinate application upgrades

    • Analyzing customer needs and develop functional requirements that specify what the technology solutions should do and how they should perform.

    • Identifying areas for improvement where technology can enhance efficiency, quality, or member satisfaction.

Required Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
  • 7 years of relevant experience with OnBase
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration
  • Creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures
  • Creating Workflow and OnBase Scheduling
  • OnBase Document Import Processor
  • OnBase troubleshooting (e.g. Diagnostics Console)
  • OnBase Security groups
  • OnBase Retention
