Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage one or more moderately complex projects while planning and performing analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. This position will be a contract and remote.

What You ll Do

  • Manage multiple moderately complex projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, and execution across initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and community sessions to drive engagement across technical and business audiences
  • Provide clear and consistent communication, including executive updates and stakeholder reporting
  • Oversee project risks, issues, and change management efforts to ensure smooth delivery
  • Partner closely with AI development teams (including offshore teams) to support project execution
  • Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities such as prompt engineering, model development, and data pipelines
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project delivery

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in project management, AI/ML, or software development environments
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions across technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
